Frequently Asked Questions

What if I get a rash after using Puremedy?

First, we need to find out if you have an allergy to something in my salve.  To do this, apply a good amount to the skin on the inside of your wrist.  If you do get a rash, then your body is sensitive or allergic to something in the salve.  Usually people don’t get a rash at this stage.

If you do not get a rash on the inside of your wrist, then we need to go to work to discover what your body is ingesting that it’s trying desperately to detox through your skin.  To do this, please invest in an online food sensitivity test.  I suggest either https://www.everlywell.com/products/food-sensitivity-comprehensive-test/   or https://www.lifeextension.com/protocols/gastrointestinal/food-reactions

Remove the foods from your diet that cause sensitivity.  When your skin calms down, then you can start using Puremedy again.

Here’s what’s happening.  The salve is a powerful drawing salve.  It’s drawing up through your skin these toxic elements that your body is trying to expel through your skin pores.  That’s why it’s so important to figure out what you’re ingesting that is causing inflammation and redness.

In the mean time I would discontinue any foods that you suspect are causing this reaction.  I would also discontinue using Puremedy for a week or two.  We need to give your skin a break so it can heal. Then you should be good to go, and you should be able to use Puremedy as often as you’d like!
